We are made up of attitudes, opinions, thoughts, instincts and feelings. Our attitudes are the determining factors for success and happiness that we enjoy in our life. A healthy attitude is one that enhances life and is based on the ground reality.
Most of our attitudes are acquired unconsciously from significant people in our lives. One way to enhance happiness and success in our life is to re-examine the way we relate with others and situations i.e. our attitudes and what are its consequences for us and others.
Modern behavioural Science has given us tools to reshape our attitudes so that our sense of well being and power is enhanced and we achieve more in life, both at work and in terms of greater satisfactions in relationships. This is the fundamental premise of this workshop.
